Harrisonburg, Virginia, September 2026. Power Electronics Group LLC (PEG) is now part of Power Flux AI Inc., the AI-native power electronics company founded by Rakesh Dhawan, with operations in Delaware, USA and Pune, India.

PEG has spent more than a decade designing motors, drives, EV components and high-frequency magnetics for customers, and teaching engineers through our workshops. Power Flux AI builds on that experience with an AI-accelerated design platform for power electronics and electric drives.

What this means for our customers

• Same team, same services. Consulting, product development, simulation models and workshops continue under the Power Electronics Group name, with the same contact details.
• Faster development. Projects can now use Power Flux AI’s AI-accelerated design, simulation and validation workflow, which targets concept-to-prototype in about 90 days instead of the typical 18 to 36 months.
• Broader capabilities. SiC and IGBT inverters and active front ends (AFE) up to 500 kW, IEEE 519 grid-compliance analysis, EMI/EMC pre-compliance, design verification testing (DVT), test engineering, and digital-twin and hardware-in-the-loop validation.
